Service Support Experience
Commenced the IT journey as a Service Support Agent on a global helpdesk, providing critical support to DoD Agencies and Combatant Commands. Progressed to become a Military Support Command Integrator, mastering Level 2 and Level 3 Helpdesk skills while acquiring technical expertise in key DoD programs and systems.
IT Operations Experience
Advanced through key IT Operations roles at DISA, starting as a Watch Officer and progressing to Battle Captain. Led critical incident response, managed resource allocation, and coordinated emergency response activities. Demonstrated excellence in maintaining operational integrity and security compliance across enterprise systems.
Current Role
Currently serving as IT Project Manager (PLCYPLN) at DISA, leading strategic IT initiatives and managing complex projects. Key responsibilities include:
